摘要：从建筑业周期波动影响因素、建筑业与国民经济或其他行业之间关系、建筑业周期波动的划分方面对有关建筑业周期波动的研究成果进行了梳理和归纳。研究发现已有成果主要集中在对建筑业周期波动与国家宏观经济周期波动相关性的研究或单个因素对建筑业周期波动的影响研究，而对于建筑业经济整体描述的定量研究较少，建议采用景气指数分析开展对建筑业周期波动的研究。

Abstract：This paper generalizes the research achievements about the cycle fluctuations of construction industry from influence factors，relationship between construction cycle and national economic fluctuations or other industry，and the construction cycle division. Research achievements show that the existing research mainly focus on the correlation between construction cycle and national macro economic fluctuation or single influence factors on the construction cycle，and the overall quantitative description research of construction industry is less，suggest to carry out the study of the cycle fluctuations of construction industry using climate index analysis.
