[摘　要]　文章对勘察设计单位改制风险产生的机理进行了分析，并针对勘察设计单位改制面临的政策、保障、衔接、权益及经营五大类改制风险提出了相应的风险防范对策。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism of the risks from the restructuring of reconnaissance and design firms. Based on the five kinds of restructuring risks : policy ,security, convergence, legal rights, marketing, it proposes the corresponding risk-prevention decisions.
