国际工程联营体的文化风险管理

[摘 要] 本文提出国际工程联营体文化风险的多维性,应涵盖国家文化和企业文化,尤其是国际工程独特的行业文化。针对国际工程联营体的管理绩效问题,试图建立在国际工程不同文化背景下,组织在联营体中如何管理文化风险,实现优势互补,达到利益均衡的一种新的文化风险冲突解决模式。

Abstract: The paper proposes that the cultural risks should be multidimensional, including national culture and enterprise culture, especially the unique industrial culture in the international construction industry. Aiming at the management performance issue of the international construction joint ventures, the paper originally builds up a conflicts solution model based on the cultural risks in the context of diverse culture, for the purpose of achieving organizational success within the joint venture alliance, approaching to the balance of the profits and the mutual supplement of the advantages from each party.
