[摘　要]　投标方对工程量清单报价组成中分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单等内容不能正确理解，会使投标报价的准确性、竞争性受到影响，分析了工程量清单投标报价中应注意的问题，以维护投标方的经济利益。

Abstract: It will influence the accuracy and rivalrousness of bidding that the bidders can't correctly understand the separated parts bill of quantities and measure item bill. To maintain the bidders' economic benefit, the paper analyses the problems which should be paid attention to.
