[摘　要]　为验证南京市建筑市场中承包商是否存在投标行为非理性现象，通过对承包商投标存在问题的综述，采用实证方法对承包商的投标行为、投标竞争情况进行研究。选取南京市施工承包商中最具有代表性的20家作为研究对象，运用SPSS V15.0对其投标数据进行分析，得出这20家承包商投标行为之间存在较好的一致性，并根据投标竞争力对这20家承包商重新排名。

Abstract: In order to validate whether irrational tendering behaviors of contractors might exist based on literatures， TOP20 construction contractors who had the most market quotient in Nanjing construction market in 2007 were selected. The indexes， e.g. bidding behaviors and bidding competition， were calculated by SPSS V15.0. According to empirical analysis， it could be concluded that the bidding behaviors of TOP20 contractors showed good bidding credit and rational decision. The model of assessing contractors' bidding competition was established based on empirical analysis. According to the results mentioned above， the ranks of TOP20 contractors were re-arranged in order to show the differences of bidding behaviors among TOP20 contractors.
