我国现行住房公积金制度存在的问题及对策

[摘 要] 住房公积金制度在解决城市居民的住房保障、建立有效的住房金融体系、推动住房制度改革方面发挥了重要的作用。但也存在着定位模糊、管理不规范、资金使用率低、利率制度损害职工利益等诸多问题。对我国现行住房公积金制度存在的问题进行分析,并提出着力扩大公积金覆盖面、加强住房公积金的归集管理、提高公积金的使用效率、实现公积金保值增值、保障公积金安全运行等相应对策。[关键词] 住房公积金制度,问题,对策Abstract: Housing fund system has played a large role in solving the housing problems for urban residents, establishing an effective housing finance system and promoting housing system reform. But there are still some problems, location ambiguity, management unstandard, low utilization of funds, interest rates system harming worker's interests, and so on.
