空置商品房转换为廉租房的动力机制研究

[摘 要] 我国商品房大量空置,而廉租房供需缺口巨大,为解决此矛盾,提出空置商品房转换为廉租房的构想,并对政府、开发商、原小区业主、廉租用户进行分析,找出转换的动力机制,为政府盘活空置商品房和寻求廉租房房源提供一条新的思路。[关键词] 空置商品房,廉租房,转换,利益相关者,动力机制Abstract: The quantity of vacant commodity housing is high in China, while the low-rent housing supply and demand gap is huge. To solve the conflict, the paper proposes that transform the vacant commodity housing to low-rent housing.
