[摘　要]　DBO模式是近年来应用于基础设施和公共设施领域的一种国际新型项目采购模式。本文对其基本含义、类型、特点及适用范围作了介绍，分析了FIDIC制定的DBO标准合同条件，并对DBO模式与BOT模式进行了比较分析。

Abstract: Design-Build-Operate（DBO） is a new project procurement model， which is implemented in public works worldwide in recent years. The paper introduces the conception， types， characteristic and applying scopes of DBO model. FIDIC conditions of DBO contract and comparative analysis between DBO and BOT is also conducted.
