[摘　要]　从我国轨道交通建设投融资现状出发，分析其存在的问题，在归纳了轨道交通建设投融资模式的基础上，讨论了轨道交通BT融资模式，并重点以南京地铁二号线为例，研究城市轨道交通投融资的新途径。

Abstract: The paper embarked from the present investment and financing situation of our country，analyzed the existing problems，discussed the BT mode with emphasis in the foundation of inducting all of the modes of the rail traffic，and took Nanjing Subway Ⅱas the case to research the new way of the investment and financing mode for urban rail traffic.
