[摘　要]　我国的大型施工企业普遍存在着“大而不强”的状况，这就迫使我们去思考企业规模的这种扩张是否合理。业务集中度是反映企业专注于专业化、多元化等不同经营模式和不同规模扩张方式的一项重要指标。本文首先对我国大型施工企业的业务集中度现状进行了分析，数据来源于深沪两市36家上市建筑业企业2007年的年度报告，并对衡量企业业务集中度的各项指标进行了测算和统计分析；同时运用灰色变权聚类方法对不同业务集中度的企业进行了分类；运用随机前沿分析方法对不同类别企业的经济效益状况进行了实证比较和分析；最后得出了结论。

Abstract: The large construction firms in China widely existed the phenomenon of “large but not strong” which compelled us to think whether the size extension of firms was reasonable or not. The business concentrative degree is an important index which reflects different management modes and size extension ways of firms, such as the specialization, diversification and so on. This paper first analyzed the status quo of business concentrative degree in Chinese large construction firms and the data came from the annual reports of 36 construction firms in SHANGHAI and SHENZHEN STOCK EXCHANGE， and then counted and analyzed the indexes which were used to measuring the business concentrative degree. At the same time， we classified the firms of different business concentrative degree with grey-variable-weight clustering method. We used the stochastic frontier analysis method to analyze and compare the firms' economic performance with different management modes. Finally we drew the conclusion.
