[摘　要]　运用经济学原理阐释了可再生能源建筑应用的经济激励作用，从可再生能源市场链中的相关利益者（设备制造商、房地产开发商、消费者）出发，对可再生能源建筑应用的经济激励方案进行比较分析，进而构建了实行以房地产开发商为财政补贴重点的多重参与主体组合补贴的经济激励机制，最后提出了加快推进可再生能源建筑应用的政策建议，以期为相关决策部门提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: The economic incentive's role of the application of renewable energy into building is illustrated by employing principles of economics. From the perspective of stakeholders in the market chain of renewable energy, economic incentive program on the application of renewable energy into building is comparatively analyzed. Furtherly，economic incentive mechanism of subsidy portfolio through various participations which is focused on real estate developers is discussed. Finally，some policy recommendations on promoting renewable energy into building acceleratedly are put forward to provide some reference for relevant decision-making departments.
