[摘　要]　针对建筑废弃物给我国经济建设带来的不利影响，分析了我国建筑废弃物的管理现状及存在的主要问题，分别从管理体制、法律法规、运行方式、科研开发、经济手段和信息管理六个方面提出了相应的建议，为我国有关部门制定建筑废弃物的相关政策制度、提高建筑废弃物的循环再利用水平提供参考和依据。

Abstract: Aiming to the disadvantage of building garbage to economic development, the paper explored our national actuality in garbage management and its present problems. Meanwhile, some corresponding suggestions have been put forward from management system, rule of law, mode in operation, scientific research and exploitation, economic measure and information management for effectually solving them.
