[摘　要]　虽然学者们对精益建造和可持续性建设的研究都较为深入，但将两者结合起来却还没有深入研究。运用精益建造的思想对可持续性建筑的流程管理进行优化，深入精益流程持续改进的研究。首先提出一个完整的适于可持续建筑的精益建造流程改进框架图，随后重点对其中的八大步骤进行了详细的解析，为今后可持续建筑的建造流程持续改进提供了一个可以借鉴的方法。

Abstract: Although our community has studied lean construction and sustainable building deeply, there has been little scientifically supported research that combines these two domains together. This paper uses lean thinking to optimize process management of sustainable construction, and further studies continuous improvement of lean process. Firstly, it proposes a complete lean construction process improvement framework map for the sustainable building, and then analyzes its eight steps detailedly in order to provide a reference for continuous improvement of sustainable construction process.
