[摘　要]　从房地产开发企业角度来探讨“阴阳合同”问题，首先分析了建筑工程“阴阳合同”在实践中的表现，然后结合目前关于“阴阳合同”管理法律法规规定，指出了建设工程管理关于此问题的政策误区，最后给出减少“阴阳合同”出现的几点对策建议。

Abstract: This paper explored the problem of “Black-White” Contract from the perspective of real estate development companies. Firstly the practice performance of “Black-White” Contract was analysised, and then policy mistakes about this problem were pointed out from current laws and regulations. At the end of the paper, several measures were proposed how to reduce the “Black-White” Contract.
