[摘　要]　在对河北代建项目管理模式现状进行分析的基础上，探讨了河北实行代建制的适宜模式，并对河北代建项目管理模式提出了具体建议和改进思路。

Abstract: Based on the analysis about the actual status of applying project consignment management in Hebei province, the model adopted of the agent-construction system in Hebei province is discussed. Finally, some concrete proposal and improvement mentality are proposed.
