摘要：通过BIM在工程运营阶段集成信息管理的可行性研究，提出以BIM技术为基础，融合WEB等开发手段的BIM模型浏览与工程数据库管理的交互平台。然后通过分析系统的架构、功能需求，建立并开发出基于BIM的工程运营管理信息系统。最后结合某办公大楼BIM模型，有效实现基于BIM环境下的工程运营管理信息系统，挖掘BIM对工程项目运营后期管理的价值。

Abstract：This paper researches the feasibility of BIM of the integrated information management in the operation stage，proposes the BIM model browsing and engineering database management interaction platform based on WEB. Then，analyzes the framework and functional requirements of the system deeply，establishes the project management information system based on BIM. Combined with an office building BIM model，realizes the project operation management information system based on BIM environment efficiently，explores the later period project operation management value from BIM.
