摘要：健康信息服务是智能建筑持续运行的支撑条件之一。分析界定智能建筑健康信息服务管理的概念及内涵，阐述智能建筑相关方的需求；提出基于物联网大数据的智能建筑健康信息服务管理系统的功能，分析设计健康信息服务管理的物联网部署和大数据处理模型，形成智能建筑健康信息服务管理系统的集成框架。

Abstract：Health information service is one of the conditions to support continued operation of intelligent buildings. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the concept and connotation of intelligent building health information service management，illustrates the demand of each party of intelligent buildings. Then，systematically discusses the function of intelligent building health information service management system based on IOT and Big Data. Lastly，the paper designs the networking deployment and Big Date processing model of intelligent building health information service management，forms the integrated framework of intelligent building health information service management system with IOT and Big Data and looks forward the future research direction of this field.
