[摘　要]　结合城市轨道交通项目及其网络化建设的基本特点，分析了上海市城市轨道交通建设组织模式从单线建设阶段到网络化建设阶段的发展轨迹，并以轨道交通7号线为例研究了单线项目的建设组织模式，指出当前的建设组织模式有利于解决网络化建设初期线网的科学规划、建设资源的有效整合、各单线项目建设组织的界面与协同等问题，但其本身也存在一定的缺陷，今后需进一步完善组织模式内部的约束机制，进一步明确集团及各项目公司之间的组织界面，并深入发挥现代信息与通信技术对建设组织模式的优化作用。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the urban mass transit and the construction of its network, the development history of the organization mode for the construction of the network in Shanghai is analyzed, and Metro 7 is selected to illustrate the organization mode of a concrete urban mass transit. It is then pointed out that the present organization mode for the construction of urban mass transit network in Shanghai has been well adjusted to the current construction status, however, the inner restraint system for the organization mode is still needed to be improved and information and communication technologies are also useful to optimize the mode.
