摘要：根据医院建设项目中业主方的工作特点，提出以业主方信息化应用促进项目管理绩效的思路；论述业主方信息化的必要性、目标和需求方向，分析业主方项目管理平台载体和框架模型。然后结合滨州医学院烟台附属医院建设项目业主方信息化管理实践，介绍业主方项目管理平台两个版本的开发和应用效果，为提升我国医院建设领域的管理水平提供参考。

Abstract：According to the character of owner of hospital construction project，this paper puts forward the train of thought that improve the achievements of project management by apply of the owner informatization，discusses the necessity，target and demand orientation of the owner informatization，analyzes the carrier and framework model of the owner Project Management Plat（OPMP）. Then，introduces the development and application of two types of OPMP by the construct practice of Yantai afflicted hospital of Binzhou medical university，provides reference for the management improvement of China’s hos pital construction.
