摘要：实施阶段是轨道交通工程投资控制的重要环节，因此，以北京轨道交通项目为例，从健全组织机构、施工设计图纸、征地拆迁、前期专项、土建及设备工程、工程结算六个主要方面进行投资控制的经验总结。

Abstract：The implementation of the project is important in investment control of track traffic engineering. In this paper，taking Beijing rail transit project construction as an example，it summarizes the experience of investment control from six aspects of the organization improving，construction drawing design，land acquisition demolition，special preliminary，civil and equipment engineering，engineering settlement.
