摘要：基于经济社会对房地产人才需求不断提升的背景，提出“创新性应用型人才培养”办学目标的定位与总体要求，并以徐州工程学院为例，分析房地产专业实践教学体系存在的不足之处。最后，从理念创新、目标调整、体系构建、措施保障等方面介绍该校房地产专业实践教学的探索与改革。

Abstract：Under the background of social and economic rising demand for the real estate talents，this paper proposes the positioning and overall requirement of school-running aim “innovative and applied talent cultivation”. Based on the case of Xuzhou Institute of Technology，analyzes some problems existing in the practical teaching system of real estate development and management. Last，introduces the practical teaching exploration and innovation of the major of real estate management in that school，including the aspects such as transformation of general idea，adjustment of teaching concept and objective，system construction，and method utilization.
