摘要：围绕绿色保障房工业化生产，指出其在集成技术支撑、套型设计水平、绿色节能技术应用等方面存在的问题。从模数与装配、建立评价标准、推广内装集成技术；加强套型设计标准化、人性化、多样化设计；采用被动式、低成本节能技术等方面提出推进绿色保障房工业化建造发展的相关建议。

Abstract：Focus on the green security housing industrialization production，this paper points out the problems existing at the technical support in integrating，the design level，the application of the green energy-saving technology，etc. Then，puts forward the proposal on module and assembly，such as setting up the evaluation standard，popularizing the built-in integration technology；strengthening model design of standardization，humanization and diversification；using passive and low cost and energy saving technology and so on，which will promote the development of the green  security housing industrialization construction.
