摘要：基于《合伙企业法》中有限合伙制的启示，建立住房共有权双方的有限合伙制结构。从坚持共有产权住房的市场化运作、培育非盈利的住房管理协会、探索新型住宅政策性金融机构、拓宽共有产权住房供应的准入覆盖面及创新住房共有产权份额确定办法等方面，对共有产权住房制度市场化设计进行初步讨论。

Abstract：Enlightened by limited partnership system of the partnership enterprise law，a limited partnership structure with regard to the both sides of mutual property right housing was established. Some thoughts were preliminary analyzed to perfect the system design of mutual property right housing，such as adhere to the market operation of mutual property right housing，the non-profit housing management association，exploring a new policy housing financial institutions，expanding the mutual property right housing supply access coverage and innovating the method to determine the share proportion and so on，in order to stimulate more opinions from others.
