摘要：将供应链管理、系统集成和项目管理理论结合起来，研究施工项目供应链管理模式中的组织架构。首先，采用理论分析方法论证构建施工项目供应链的可行性；其次，通过对比研究阐述施工项目供应链管理的特点；最后，基于对施工项目供应链管理中信息传递的分析，提出施工项目供应链的组织架构一般模式。希望据此促进供应链管理思想在施工项目管理中的应用研究。

Abstract：Intergrating the supply chain management，system integration and project management theory，this paper establishes the general model of organizational structure of construction project supply chain. Based on theory analysis method，this paper validates the feasibility of constructing supply chain of construction projects. Then，researches the characteristics of supply chain management of construction project method. Finally，proposes the general model of organizational chart of construction project. It aims to popularize the application research of supply chain theory in construction management field.
