摘要：与DB项目工期和成本绩效研究的成果相比，其质量管理问题尚未受到理论研究的重视。为此，基于文献综述和FIDIC合同条件，从项目规划、采购、设计、施工和保修方面，针对识别的关键质量影响因素，提出DB项目的全过程质量管理方法，对业主提高DB项目的质量管理水平提供理论参考。

Abstract：In contrast to research on time and cost performance in design-build（DB）projects，the quality management topic of DB project has not been attractive to researchers in recent years. Based on literature review method and FIDIC conditions of contract，this paper summarizes practical quality management methods in light of the identified critical quality factors which can be used by DB employer all through project life-cycle stages，i.e. planning，procurement，design，construction and quality guarantee. The research findings provide practical guidance to the employer in improving design-build project quality level in China.
