摘要：分析经济新常态对建筑业和工程项目管理创新的挑战，讨论坚持国际化方向、基于本土化国情、反映专业化特色等工程项目管理创新的基本原则，阐述经济新常态背景下的工程项目创新思路，以利提高建筑业创新驱动能力，促进建筑产业现代化步伐。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the challenge to the construction industry and project management under the economic new normal，discusses the basic principle of construction project management innovation that include insisting on the internationalization direction，basing on the situation of the localization and reflecting the professional characteristics. And then explains the thinking about actualizing the innovation of theory of project productive forces，project management mode innovation and so on，to enhance the innovative drive might of the construction industry and accelerate the pace of building industrial modernization.
