摘要：结合工程实践经验，对新实施的《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》（GB 50300-2013）主要条款修订内容进行解读，并对容易忽视的其它修订内容进行分析，进而指出本次内容修订的特征，最后简要阐述《验收标准》存有争议有待完善的内容。通过解读以帮助建筑从业者掌握修订内容实质，促进建筑工程质量管理水平提升。

Abstract：Combined with experiences in engineering practice，the paper aims to interpret the revised contents in the Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering（GB 50300-2013）which has been recently implemented. It also analyzes the other revised contents that are likely to be neglected. Then，the paper points out the characteristics of the revised parts. Finally，expounds the controversial contents of the “Acceptance Standard” in a detailed way. The paper helps the construction practitioners to improve their understanding about the essence of the “Acceptance Standard” and enhance their ability of managing construction quality.
