摘要：归纳分析国内业主驱动的BIM应用的基本情况；将业主驱动的BIM应用模式分为咨询辅助型和业主自主型等两种典型模式并进行比较；构建BIM应用效益评价指标体系，建立综合评价模型，为业主选择BIM应用模式和应用效益评价提供参考。

Abstract：The paper sums and analyzes the basic situation of BIM application driven by domestic owners，divides the BIM application into two kinds of typical BIM application modes：the consultant mode and the owner mode. Through constructing the evaluation index system of the benefit evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation model，provides decision-making reference to choose the BIM application model and comprehensive benefit evaluation for the owners.
