摘要：基于江苏省住宅产业现代化发展现状，采用SWOT分析法，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个角度对其进行战略分析，并提出完善政策体系、积极进行试点等促进住宅产业现代化发展的对策与建议。

Abstract：The paper studies in-depth present situation and problems of housing industry modernization  in Jiangsu，and conducts a strategic analysis by using SWOT model in terms of the strengths，weaknesses，opportunities and threats，further puts forward some countermeasure and advices  for improving housing industry modernization in Jiangsu，such as improving the policy system，carring out pilot construction and so on.
