摘要：随着人口老龄化进程加快，养老模式成为一个现实课题。在分析我国养老社区发展动力、发展需求的基础上，就发展多层次多样化养老社区模式等问题展开研讨，提出积极发展政府主导的嵌入式养老社区模式及探索市场主导的多产业、新理念相融合的多元化养老社区模式的发展。

Abstract：With the rapid process of aging population，the pension model has become a real problem. Through analyzing the dynamic and development demand of senior living community in china，the paper discusses on developing multi-leveled and diverse senior living community model. The results suggest that we should develop the government-led senior living community model that community embedded，and explore the market-oriented diverse senior living community model that integrated with multi-industry and new concept.
