摘要：在紧密结合行业标准、规范，深入研究进度对工程价款影响机理的基础上，通过分析施工组织设计与合同文件之间的关系，进一步明确作为工程价款管理依据的进度；针对性的提出基于进度的工程价款管理措施。期望对规范各方主体计价行为，推进全要素造价管理，认定完善市场决定工程造价机制起到重要参考意义。

Abstract：Combined with the industry standard and specification closely and thorough research of the scheduling influence on construction price，further defines the source of scheduling which is the basis of the management of construction price through the analysis of the relationship between the construction organization design and contract documents. Then puts forward some targeted measures for the management of construction price based on scheduling. This paper has great significance for regulating all the parties’ valuation behavior，promoting the management of total factor cost and improving the mechanism of construction price decided by the market.
