摘要：基于文献综述，探讨设计建造（DB）项目质量管理研究的重要性，对比DB项目与传统项目质量管理责任分配的差异，综述DB项目质量管理的基本内涵和基本方法，分析DB项目的关键质量影响因素。以期通过研究为我国的DB项目的业主进行质量管理提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

Abstract：Based on literature review method，this paper analyzes the importance of quality management in DB project，compares the differences in allocation of quality management responsibility between design-build and traditional project. Then，explores quality meaning and quality management method of DB project，summarizes critical quality influence factors of design-build project. The research findings provide practical guidance to the employer in improving design-build project quality in China.
