摘要：基于基建领域巨大的资金缺口现状和国有大型建筑企业的特点，分析产融结合的内涵和动因，探讨适合国有大型建筑企业发展的合作型、股权型、混合型产融结合模式，提出国有大型建筑企业发展产融结合不仅要相应调整组织结构、创新经营模式，还要在扩大企业影响、保证产品品质、发挥协调效应上作出

努力。

Abstract：Based on the huge funding gap of infrastructure and the characteristics of large state-owned construction enterprises，the connotation and motivation of industry and finance’s combination are analyzed，cooperative type，equity-based type and mixed type combination model of industry and finance are discussed Lastly，corresponding recommendations are put forward to large state-owned construction enterprises，not only adjusting the organization struction，innovating the business mode，but also expanding enterprise influence，ensuring praduct quality，playing a synergistic effect.
