摘要：结合我国中小型建筑企业的特点，明晰中小型建筑企业成长性的内涵，从建筑产出能力、项目管理能力、融资能力与技术创新能力四个方面，建立中小型建筑企业成长性评价指标体系，进而构建中小型建筑企业成长性评价模型。以某建筑企业为例，运用该模型进行成长性评价与分析，并提出有针对性的改进措施，为促进中小型建筑企业的健康发展提供必要的理论参考。

Abstract：Based on the characteristic of China’s small and medium-sized construction enterprises，the paper clears the meaning of the growth of small and medium-sized construction enterprises，and establishes the growth index system of small and medium-sized construction enterprises from building production capacity，project management ability，financing ability and technique innovation ability，and then constructs a growth appraisal model. Finally，appraises and analyzes the growth of a small and medium-sized construction enterprise by the growth appraisal model，and puts forward some targeted measures to promote its healthy development.
