[摘　要]　用波特的钻石体系模型分析成本上升背景下我国房地产业获得竞争优势的来源与现状，构建了房地产业的竞争优势模型，并从国家层面、行业层面、企业层面上分别提出了实施发展战略的对策建议。

Abstract: By Porter's diamond model, this paper analyzes the source of competitive advantage and status quo of China real estate industry in the background of rising costs， gives the competitive advantage model of real estate industry and points out the countermeasure and proposal about the implementation of the development strategy from the national level， the industry level and the enterprise level.
