[摘　要]　分析了江苏省以及长三角地区进沪建筑业企业清欠农民工工资现状，指出进沪建筑业企业欠农民工工资和农民工到建管部门讨薪的原因，并提出解决进沪建筑业企业农民工讨薪问题的建议。

Abstract: The paper analyses the status of clearing up city peasant workers' salary in Shanghai construction enterprise coming from Jiangsu and yangtze river delta, points out the reasons of back salary by construction enterprise in Shanghai and demanding payments by city peasant workers, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
