[摘　要]　从企业应用的角度，解读《施工总承包企业特级资质标准信息化考评表》中的基础设施建设、综合项目管理、工程设计管理、人力资源管理、档案资料管理和引导性指标等六个方面的考核内容。针对细则的评分点，为企业更好地进行信息化建设提出建议。

Abstract: The paper interprets the six examined contents in Construction General Contract Enterprise with the Special Class Certificate Informatization Examination Sheet from the angel of enterprise application， such as infrastructure construction， integrated project management， engineering design management， human resource management， file information management， and guided index. To the score points， the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the informatization construction.
