摘要：建筑企业经营效率一直是国内外学者关注的焦点。本文结合标杆分析法和DEA模型，探讨我国华东、华南和华北地区建筑业上市公司地区内和地区间的经营效率差异；在此基础上，运用DEA模型的效率值确定各地区的标杆企业，分别从财务指标与DEA-Malmquist指数的角度分析本地区的其他企业与标杆企业的差距，从而为其他企业提高经营效率提供参考。

Abstract：The operation performance of construction enterprises is an important attention content of scholars all over the world. The paper analyzes the operating efficiency difference of construction enterprises from East，South and North of China within and across regions with DEA model. On this basis，confirms the benchmarking enterprise in each region and analyzes the difference of the other enterprises through financial indexes and DEA-Malmquist index with benchmarking enterprise，and provides reference to improve operating efficiency for other enterprises.
