摘要：基于脆弱性理论分析建筑施工安全事故发生机理，指出施工安全事故发生的根本原因在于安全管理系统的脆弱性。建立包括12个指标的施工项目安全管理系统脆弱性评价指标体系，构建基于Vague集的脆弱性评价模型，选择某大型施工企业的三个项目为研究对象进行实证研究。

Abstract：From the perspective of system theory，the mechanism of construction project accident based on vulnerability theory was put forward，it is found that the fundamental reason of construction accidents is the vulnerability of security management system. The evaluation index system which included 12 indicators for security management system vulnerability is established firstly，and the vulnerability evaluation model based on Vague set is constructed. Three items of a large construction enterprise are taken as the research object for empirical research.
