供应链视角下总、分包商的质量成本决策研究

摘要:基于供应链视角,从供应链集中式决策和分散式决策两个方面分析总、分包商各自的质量成本决策。经计算得出,集中式决策时,可以使供应链整体质量效益最大化;分散式决策时,外部质量损失由总承包商或分包商独自承担或者双方按照一定的比例进行分担,并经计算得出双方按照一定的比例承担损失可以使供应链整体质量效益达到最优。在分析计算结果基础上提出总、分包商质量成本管理相关建议。关键词:项目管理;总承包商;分包商;质量成本;供应链;效益;决策Abstract:Based on the perspective of supply chain,analyzes and discusses the cost of quality decision of general contractor and subcontractors from two aspects of centralized and decentralized decision-making of the supply chain. Calculated by centralized decision-making,it maximizes the overall quality and efficiency of the supply chain when each of both sides share a certain quality costs. Under the decentralized decision-making,there are three ways to bear the external quality loss,they are general contractor bears alone,subcontractors bear alone and the two sides share according to a certain proportion. By the calculated,both sides bear the loss according to a certain proportion can make the whole supply chain achieve optimal quality and benefit.
