摘要：根据相关资料数据，总结归纳我国建筑业劳动力短缺问题，并从宏观角度和微观角度进行分析劳动力短缺对建筑业的影响。分析认为：一方面，劳动力短缺将使得建筑成本增加、影响项目目标实现，阻碍行业发展；另一方面，劳动力短缺在一定程度上间接推动建筑业生产方式的变革。

Abstract：According to data from the National statistical yearbook and literature research，this paper analyzes the current situation of labor shortage in Chinese construction industry. Using statistical analysis methods，this paper evaluates the impact of labor shortage on the development of the construction industry from the macro perspective and the microscopic view. In conclusion，on the one hand，the labor shortage will affect the construction industry development，increase the cost of construction，affect the achievement of project target. On the other hand，labor shortages promote production methods change in the construction industry indirectly.
