摘要：对比国内外住宅产业化发展状况，分析目前我国住宅产业化发展政策不完善、相关技术落后、企业响应不足以及传统观念的阻碍等问题及产生的原因，对具体问题进行对策研究，为我国住宅产业化的发展提供理论依据。

Abstract：Comparing with the housing industrialization development of Europe，America，Japan and other countries，the paper analyzes numbers of issues which refer to the development of current housing industrialization，such as incomplete policies，backward technology，negative responses of enterprises and the hindrance of traditional minds. In combination with the serious issues of native housing industrialization，deeply analyzes the causes of the problems and researches the countermeasures on specific issues which can provide a theoretical basis of the housing industrialization development in China.
