摘要：利用SWOT分析方法，在系统分析装配式混凝土建筑的优势与劣势，以及发展面临的机遇与威胁的基础上，提出降低生产成本、形成良好产业链、培育专业人才、做好深化设计、结合实际采取不同发展模式等发展策略，为推进装配式混凝土建筑的发展提供有益思路。

Abstract：Based on the SWOT analysis，systematically analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of today’s prefabricated concrete building，and the opportunities and threats during the development. Through the analysis，put forward the corresponding development strategies from the aspects of reducing the production cost，forming a good industrial chain，cultivating professional talents，adopting different model of development and so on，in order to provide useful ideas for the implementation of prefabricated concrete building development in our country.
