摘要：以新型建筑工业化背景下住宅产业价值链为研究对象，阐述住宅产业链的基本内涵并对住宅产业价值链进行重构；分析新型建筑工业化背景下住宅产业价值链的价值创造路径，并应用微笑曲线理论，揭示住宅产业价值链的价值创造机理，对住宅产业链关键参与主体不同价值表现特征进行初步梳理。

Abstract：In the background of the new-type construction industrialization，taking housing industry value chain as the study object，analyzes the basic connotation of the housing industry chain，on this basis，rebuilds the housing industry value chain，analyzes the value of the housing industry value chain creation. Combined with the smile curve theory，reveals the value of the housing industry value chain creation feature，preliminary combs the different values of the key performance participation body involved in the housing industry chain.
