摘要：以三家房地产上市公司为典型案列，从其成长历程归纳企业成长的能力构成，结合企业生命有机体理论、系统学理论等，构建房地产企业在内部矛盾运动，外部生态环境推动下，以成长能力推动的运行适应性模型，并从企业文化、学习机制和战略联盟合作机制等方面提出提升房地产企业成长适应性的对策。

Abstract：Selecting three listed real estate companies as typical case，generalizes the compose of growth ability from their growth process. Combined with the organism theory and systern theory，establishes the operation adaptability model based on the inner paradox activity，the outer ecology surrounding impulse and growth impulse. Moreover，puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the growth applicability such as enterprise culture，study mechanism，strategy cooperation etc.
