摘要：结合多年的工程管理实践，分析建设工程施工合同在履行过程中争议的表现形式、特征以及解决方式，提出争议评审在合同履行期间的具体应用以及尚需完善和解决的问题，以期帮助项目参与各方及时化解争议，保障工程顺利进行。

Abstract：Based on long-term experience of construction project management，this paper analyzes the forms，characteristics and solution of construction project contracts for the contract disputes，proposes the specific applications of dispute evaluation and their shortcomings that need to be improved and enhanced，in order to support project participations to sort out disputes quickly and guarantee the project’s smooth construction.
