[摘　要]　结合我国实行《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》招投标后工程中遇到的各类实际问题，对承包商提出的各类新索赔的形式进行了归纳，并就其产生原因予以深入浅出的分析，进而提出相应的预防对策。

Abstract: The paper classifies the new claims occurred after the Construction Measurement and Pricing Criterion on Bill of Quantity had been carried out. The author would like to evaluate and analyse the new claims as well as provide the prevention strategies according to the practice.
