[摘　要]　2007年，中国房地产市场继续保持高速增长，为房地产企业扩大经营规模、提升业绩提供了良好的外部环境。2008中国房地产百强企业研究表明，2007年，无论是开发百强企业，还是策划代理百强企业，各项经营指标均迅速增长，市场份额持续攀升，扩张趋势日渐明显，市场集中度日益提高。

Abstract: In 2007， Chinese real estate market continued to maintain the high growing speed， which provided the good external environment for Chinese real estate companies expanding scale and promoting achievement. The research on Chinese real estate TOP100 companies indicated that， in 2007， the management targets of Chinese real estate companies had grown rapidly， and the market share of TOP100 companies continued to climb. The expansion tendency is more and more obvious， while the market concentration degree enhancing day by day.
