[摘　要]　提出了基于流程再造的项目建设费用管理流程优化及其实现方法，明确了项目建设费用管理总体流程结构、内容及其费用准确程度变化的因素；明确了项目建设费用管理流程优化的重点，对项目建设费用管理流程优化的一般方法及其相应的组织、技术、经济、合同方法确定和优化进行了具体分析研究。

Abstract: The paper puts forward the optimized construction cost management flow for project and the method to carry out, puts forward the structure and the contents of construction cost management flow in collectivity， and the factors for changing of its expense standard. It points out the emphases of the optimized construction cost management flow for project definitely， particularly analyzes the common methods and the related organization， technology， economics， contract method.
