摘要：举办全国性房地产业务技能大赛可以促进我国房地产职业教育、加快房地产技能人才培养、推动房地产行业发展。以中国建筑学会建筑经济分会主办的2013年首届全国房地产业务技能大赛为例，从设计原则、比赛内容、流程与规则、比赛评分与奖项设置、比赛技术规范、申诉与仲裁等方面设计房地产业务技能赛项并进行总结，从增加房地产估价业务竞赛项目、完善大赛内容和资源库、简化大赛程序等6个方面对大赛未来进行规划。

Abstract：Holding national real estate business skills competition can promote our country real estate occupation education，speed up the real estate skilled personnel training，promote the development of the real estate industry. Taking 2013 the China Construction Economy Institute’s successful practice of the first national real estate business skills competition for example，sums up the real estate business skills competition from the principle of design，the game content，process and rules，game scores and awards，the game specification，appeal and arbitration，and plans the future competition from the six aspects induding the increase in real estate valuation of business competition，perfect competition content and resources，simplify the procedures of the competition and so on.
